Critics have accused the board of absurdity, arguing the decision was based on unfounded claims and racism. The school district is seeing racism everywhere even in music, but how is music racist is what no one can answer.
Because music is racist then those poor 4th graders and soon all grades will miss a lot of great black composers and artists such as:

In conclusion: All is not lost. The race puritans will sanitize our children and immunize them from all forms of racist pollutant by scrubbing their minds and souls with liberal doctrines, thereby producing a sanitary, enlighten and progressive vessel being a liberal virtuoso without music, literature, parental influence and most of all cleansing their minds of that horrible, vile and pornographic book call the Bible.
