Speech Is Neither Free Nor Protected

(PatriotHQ) ‘Speech Is Neither Free Nor Protected’ is a falsehood propagated by the Deep State. Those in power expect obedience and perceive any form of resistance as terrorism. However, the real issue lies in the corruption which has infiltrated our government, putting it in conflict with the principles outlined in the Constitution. This is why We the People must correct this dangerous path the Deep State has laid out for America.

The U.S. government has labeled anyone with views critical of the government as “domestic terrorists,” leading to the criminalization of political expression and the erosion of freedom of speech. Seditious conspiracy, the charge used against individuals like Stewart Rhodes involved in the January 6 Capitol riots, does not require violent actions but only the promotion of revolution.

This empowers the government to suppress dissenting voices, justifying it as a response to threats to democracy. However, throughout history, individuals like America’s founders used provocative language to incite change and protect liberties.

Today, the government is targeting those who express contrary views, using surveillance technologies to monitor social media and categorizing people based on perceived threats. Merely sharing or engaging with certain content can land individuals on watchlists.

Whistleblowers like Julian Assange and Chelsea Manning, who expose government misconduct, face severe consequences. The government’s fear of an informed and engaged citizenry underpins its suppression of transparency and accountability.

The First Amendment protects the right to criticize the government, but holding it accountable remains a challenge. The conflict between Assange and the Deep State reflects a broader debate over the people’s protected status under the Constitution.

If the current trajectory continues, anyone advocating for government accountability will be labeled an extremist and subjected to surveillance and suppression. It is crucial to become advocates for the Constitution and protect our rights.

IMHO – If the Deep State can manipulate the First Amendment by branding free speech as terrorism, it raises concerns about what else they can corrupt. The next target could be the Second Amendment, which guarantees the right to bear arms. Other constitutional provisions, such as the qualifications for the presidency or the authority to mint coins, could also be disregarded if the fundamental pillar of free speech is compromised.

We the People must protect our rights, for once they are gone they will never return.
