Jeff Flake H.R. 5326 VOTES for FUNDING DOJ Lawsuits Against States Trying to Protect Their Borders
May 10, 2012 U.S. House Representatives (U.S. Senate Candidate 2012) Jeff Flake voted NO on H.R. 5326. By a vote of NO, Flake voted YES to continue FUNDING LAWSUITS the Department of Justice is filing against States that have passed, or are in the process of passing THEIR OWN IMMIGRATION LAWS.
When does NO mean YES? When U.S. House Representatives say they got your back but bend you over. Also in the bill and by a vote of NO, Flake said yes to continue funding for INTERPOL, as well as agreeing to NOT REDUCE funding for a myriad of other programs. WE THE PEOPLE control our government by holding the purse strings that are held by the U. S. House of Representatives subject to our vote every two years.

AZ Congressman Jeff Flake campaigns upon his fiscal conservative values, let’s review the latest:
Volcabulary review of the term, “Fiscal conservatism“ is a political term used to describe a fiscal policy that advocates avoiding deficit spending. Fiscal conservatives often consider reduction of overall government spending and national debt as well as ensuring balanced budget of paramount importance. Free trade, deregulation of the economy, lower taxes, and other conservative policies are also often but not necessarily affiliated with fiscal conservatism.
Now, let’s review based upon the definition of a ‘fiscal conservative’, whether Congressman Flake’s vote against defunding the Dept. of Justice’s access to U.S. taxpayer money to be used to continue to file lawsuits against state’s which have passed, and are in the process of passing their own immigration laws falls within the definition of ‘fiscal conservative’.
Our nation is over $ 15 trillion in debt. (http://www.usdebtclock.org//)

I am for the Constitution. If anyone who undermines or proposes a bill that does not follow the Constitution, must be removed from office. The troubles our nation is facing stems from well over a 100 years of abuse, from not only our Presidents, but the Senate and House.
The first order would be to repeal the Federal Reserve and put back in place the Gold Standard. The next, would be to start downsizing our (the Holy Grail) military. The American people have been brainwashed to believe we need 900 military bases all over the world and to stick our noses in foreign affairs,to be the police of the world. Pull out of the UN,which is just a front for the New World Order. Close the doors and tell them they have 48 hours to remove themselves as we will close the doors.
Since we are broke, all Foreign Aid to stop immediately,to ALL countries.
Pull out of any foreign conflicts.
Close the Dept. of Education,FDA,EPA
Get rid of the CIA,downsize the FBI for only states use.
No ammesty for illegals and illegals to be shipped out.
Allow the Sheriffs to be the Law of the Land as intended.
These are just a few,but above all, teach children the Constitution and what it means and again if politicians do not remove them.
Others of note: Do not allow lobbying, period. Repeal the 17th Amendment to allow the states to put in the U.S.Senators. As with the popular vote today, allows only those with big money to continually win their seat, due to big money(i.e John McCain vs JD Hayworth)
My list is long, but it is what it is and the overall picture is to downsize our government and follow our sacred Constitution.
